Our experts will assess your building in person or via key collection to identify vulnerabilities and determine how vacant areas can be secured with Veltry guardians. We'll outline the number of potential units, estimate the income, and follow up with a tailored proposal.

Receive & Sign Your Proposal

We’ll send a tailored proposal confirming the number of guardians, expected revenue, compliance details, maintenance costs, and all agreed terms. Once signed by both parties, a key handover date will be arranged.

Set up & Guardian Recruitment

We’ll collect keys and begin any necessary works to make the property suitable for guardians. All required certifications and safety checks will be completed.
